Go Commando one-on-one training is about total immersion. Every session is tailored around you, designed to help you achieve your goals and designed in a way that pushes you to your outter limits without breaking you. Each session written for you forms part of an overall training program. Whether you come once a week, or 3 times a week, our trainers will develop a program for you that achieves the optimal result for you. They will even give you exercises to concentrate on in between sessions to make sure you achieve what you want - fast!

 

Prior to commencing with us, we may offer to record each session for you. This allows us to track your progress, so that not only will you FEEL like you are improving, you will be able to SEE exactly how far you have come and by how much. This is ideal in helping keep on track towards your goals.

 

 

 

At your first session, we will take a baseline measure of your fitness on a range of attributes including a 2.4km run, Plank, push ups, sit ups, wall sit, side plank and tricep dips. We will then give you a record of this and give you a comparison against World Health Organisation standards so that you can see how you perform. At the end of your 4 week program we will do a comparison and see how much you have improved.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We will also track your progress towards any specific goal you may have and report this back to you as well.
