To love being in your body; you've got to eat well and nutritionally and sleep well too. Whilst it may be nice to dream of eating nothing but organic fruits and vegetables 3 times a day, we realise that this is not necessarily realistic and not for everyone. Work pressures can cause you to eat on the run, your social life may require you to eat and drink more than you should and general fatigue can get in the way of good nutritional habit.
However, at Go Commando, we want you to recognise that you can eat healthily without sacrificing your life. Yes that's right, eat realistic foods that you enjoy, that make you feel satisfied, and which you can maintain throughout your life.
We do this through a Food Diary Nutritional Analysis Report. By completing our Food Diary, you will begin to recognise your own patterns of behaviour and realise how your life affects your eating choices and from there how your dietary habits affect the rest of your life. Eg, how food affects your
As you request, Go Commando will present you with an overall informational analysis that simpyl states your apparent habits and behaviour patterns, make simple recommendations for areas that are in need of improvement and how they could be improved and the areas that are working well also.
From this, it is your choice and decision as to which of the following recommendations they commit to. You may commit to making 2 changes of their choice only, or the client may choose to commit to all recommendations. The choice is yours and yours alone, we provide 'recommendations' only. We want you to 'live' your life remember, not 'stop' you from enjoying it by restricting your foods or pleasures. Go Commando believes in achieving balance, not about strict regimens.
As part of our offer, we encourage anyone signing up for any 4 week program to receive an inclusive Nutritional Analysis. Should you however, want to have a nutritional analysis done, but not want to partake in exercise quite yet, we can also performa analysis for you. Please contact us to learn about our rates.
Making Nutrition Work for you
Making the decision to eat better, (whether you are combining this with one of our exercise programs or not) is an important step in living healthy.
