I've been training with GO Commando for the last three months and I have found it to be the most rewarding training I have ever participated in. Having attempted a number of classes at the gym and external training programs such as outdoor boxing classes, I never felt that I was really seeing any result.
GO Commando have provided a tailor made training program for me, complete with diet tips and explanations on how the body works. I have found this incredibly helpful as many people do not know exactly what the consequences are from some of the foods we eat.

When starting training, I was reasonably fit, but felt like I needed to lose more body fat (specifically on my tummy and thighs). In just one month, I saw exceptional results. I continue to see and feel my body changing. It is toning-up and I've noticed the fat shedding. My GO Commando Personal Trainer is motivating not only during training session but even "after hours", with friendly email check-ups to see how my day is going, how my diet is going and how my "water-drinking" is going.
